Liao Fan, born on February 14, 1974 in Changsha City, Hunan Province, is an actor from Mainland China and graduated from the 93rd undergraduate class of the Performance Department of Shanghai Theater Academy.

In 1995, Liao Fan starred in his first TV series - The Story of Beijing Late Autumn - and thus entered the film and television industry.
