"We Only Live Once" starring Song Jia and Wen Qi will be released on November 7

Shaving off the long hair of a friend who is terminally ill, and then leaning on his head and laughing - we only have one life - the ultimate trailer released on October 30 starts from this moment when Huang Yan and Yao Xue get along. The film will be released on November 7, the day of the beginning of winter. Song Jia and Wen Qi respectively play the roles of two people who meet at the trough of life.

Huang Yan is a female cremator. The disease and the surrounding prejudices made her gradually become cold and numb. She guarded the last dignity of the deceased in front of the cremation furnace, but her own life was full of holes.Yao Xue, played by Wen Qi, has lacked care since childhood, but retains the character of daring to express and act.She and Huang Yan came together with different wounds, and found the courage to face life again in their companionship. They became friends and like family.

There is no farewell line in the hair-shaving clip in the trailer, and the condition is explained through an action.“Thank you for appearing in my life. In countless moments, I feel so good to have you.”The camera then followed the two of them running and playing, not focusing on showing the cruelty of the illness, but also retaining the moments when they were enjoying themselves at the end of their lives.

The ultimate poster left the two of them in the wind and snow: Huang Yan spread her arms, and Yao Xue wore a colorful knitted hat and a light-colored plush coat, standing behind her with a smile.

The film is written and directed by Sun Aoqian, starring Song Jia, Wen Qi, Zu Feng, Zhang Zhanyi as the lead, and Ma Ling as a guest star.

The film crew also gave the November 7th date a homophonic meaning: “117” corresponds to “together”.
