《good hight》Starting on October 9th, six morticians form a special workplace

Former bartender Wang Can experienced a change in his best friend, returned to his hometown Qingliangshan Funeral Home, and started working again in the mortuary class. When I was young and became a colleague, I had to face farewells one after another at work.On October 9, Good Hight, directed by Shi Yue and written by Bao Jingjing, premiered on Youku, starring Zhang Xueying and Guo Qilin (Guo Qilin).

This is an original story.Wang Can has a second-generation family background, but he still has to start from the basics. She entered the funeral class with confusion and detachment. In the process of running in with her colleagues and completing funeral services, she gradually understood this profession, and finally chose to stay in Qingliang Mountain with her partners.

There are six main characters in the team.Wang Can is optimistic and outgoing, and slowly assumes the core role of the team; Chen Hexu is cold on the outside and hot on the inside, and has different expressions when facing the deceased and life; Sister Dan is strict with others, soft-hearted, and meticulous and neat in her work.Monitor Cao seems smooth and is described as the team's mascot; Mao Erzhe likes the second dimension and is reserved in daily social interactions, but is very capable in professional work; Song Tianshuang uses his optimism to take care of the people around him.

The camera will also follow them off work.

The main creator writes about the decoration class as a workplace with specific interpersonal relationships: they must remain professional and calm when working. After leaving the job, they still have the life of young people. The series uses everyday passages of light comedy to connect with the heavy moments in funeral services, and places an important emphasis on the support between characters.

In order to write a clear picture of this industry, the team spent five years collecting and conducting research in five cities. The screenwriter got along with the staff of the funeral home and participated in learning and practice. He not only understood professional work such as body embalming and plastic surgery, but also studied local funeral customs and door-to-door service procedures.Life outside of work is also part of the research.

Bao Jingjing said that the title of the film comes from the Latin motto "Follow this arduous journey to reach the stars".She hopes that the story will contain a more open-minded view of life and death: people learn to face farewell in a long life, and also learn to live relaxedly, and find their own direction after experiencing a hard journey.
