In this age of verbal abuse, I wanted to make a film without dialogue, and to do it to the extreme.That was my starting point for this original film.The plot advances solely through changes in the actors' facial expressions and inner emotions.Tenderness, anger, sadness are all quietly played out through music.This is a quiet and peaceful story of pure love.

In this film, I worked with Ryosuke Yamada and Minami Hamabe for the first time.We needed to express the love between two extremely pure young people with almost no lines.The two played such difficult roles brilliantly.On the shooting set, Yamada was surprisingly quiet, but his eyes left a deep impression.And Hamabe's tranquility and gentleness are directly projected into her performance.I think the genuine charisma of both of them adds even more power to the film.
