Because of a childhood competition, the young girl Lin Ge was introduced by the young Nie Chi to enter the sports school and start her career in short track speed skating.Lin Ge is optimistic and bold, rough in detail, while Nie Chi is calm, sharp and full of ideals. The two grew up under the care of the father-like sports school coach Fang Shizhong, and entered the provincial team together with Coach Fang's son Fang Chao.

Lin Ge was trapped in a complex family that valued boys over girls, and had irregular training and a weak foundation; while Nie Chi had difficulty adapting to group tactical training because of his straightforward and cold personality.Even though his training life suffered frequent setbacks, fortunately the three of them supported each other, and Nie Chi gradually developed another feeling for Lin Ge.
