The story takes place in Shenzhen in 1997. Since its establishment in 1980, the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone has become the forefront of China's reform and opening up and a globally recognized innovation center. People from all over the world gather in Shenzhen to realize The Miracles in their lives.
Hong Fu and his girlfriend Miaomiao opened a food stall in Shenzhen. With their enthusiastic service and the fusion of northern and southern flavors, they attracted many diners, many of whom came to Shenzhen to work hard. Hong Fu and Miaomiao witnessed the joys, sorrows and joys of all kinds of people.
Late that night, four burly men came to the food stall. They were carrying a big snakeskin bag, which was full. Everyone looked strange. Miaomiao saw the four thieves robbing the bank on the TV news. She quickly winked at Hong Fu. Hong Fu also felt that something was wrong with the four people, but he did not dare to provoke them, so he served them calmly.
A plainclothes policeman came to the store for a late-night snack. Hong Fu wrote the word "danger" on a napkin and handed it to him. He took it and wiped his sweat. Hong Fu was so anxious that he couldn't do anything. The policeman's work permit suddenly fell to the ground. One of the burly men picked it up and gave it back to the policeman. The policeman found that the four of them were acting suspiciously and asked Miaomiao to pack four lunch boxes and send them to his colleagues in the police station.
When Miaomiao went out with her lunch box, there was a sudden power outage in the store. The plainclothes police rushed up and subdued one of the people. The store was in chaos, and Miaomiao screamed in fright.
