Horiuchi, a hospitalized patient with ulcerative colitis, refused to eat on the grounds that food was not eaten. Ji (played by Kanna Hashimoto) was very worried. One day, Horiuchi's wife stopped him and asked her to discuss it.She said she had frequent bowel movements recently and her stomach hurts. She has been caring about her throat and it seems that it is difficult to swallow food.
