Bo-Katan and her scouts retreat from Governor Gideon's base.Returning to the Mandalorian battleship, Ax Worfs dispatched the remaining Mandalorians to reinforce the planetary forces while defending against an attack by a squadron of Imperial TIEs.With Grogu's assistance, Djarin escaped from captivity and found Gideon.Djarin and Grogu discovered clone tanks filled with Force-sensitive clones of Gideon, and Djarin destroyed them.After a lengthy skirmish between the Mandalorian and the reinforced stormtroopers inside the base, Bo-Katan, Djarin, and Grogu put up a final stand against Gideon and his Praetorian Guards,During this battle, the Darksaber was destroyed.Worfs crashed the Mandalorian capital ship into the Imperial base, and Gideon was consumed by the resulting explosion; Grogu used a Force barrier to protect himself, Bo-Katan, and Djarin from the explosion.After the battle, the Mandalorian restarted the Crucible, and Djarin officially adopted Grogu.Afterwards, Djarin signed a peace agreement with Carson Tevar and moved into a cabin on the outskirts of Nevarro's capital, while IG-11 was rebuilt by Anzeran roboticists to serve as Nevarro's new marshal.
