《The Early Spring》 Episode 13 plot introduction

During team building in Phuket, Shang Zhitao put on a long skirt and attracted a lot of attention. Some male colleagues took the initiative to invite her to drink coconut juice.Luan Nian looked a little jealous, but Lumila went to buy souvenirs and paid the bill for everyone.Seeing Shang Zhitao wearing flowers in his hair, he couldn't help but smile.Shang Zhitao was embarrassed to ask him to spend money, but Lumi felt that it was a rare opportunity and he should let the leader treat him.

Back at the hotel, Luan Nian pulled Shang Zhitao into the room and deliberately told her not to dress so beautifully again. She asked him if he was so strong towards everyone, and he replied that he only cared about her so much. When Shang Zhitao heard the affirmation, he smiled and asked himself whether he looked good or not.As soon as the two got close to each other for a while, Zhang Ling called. She had to talk about work, not to mention that she needed his evaluation for her promotion to project manager next month.Luan Nian reminded that she also had a vote, but she seriously stated that she could win it with her own ability. Before leaving, the two made an appointment to watch the sunrise the next day.

As soon as Shang Zhitao left, Liang Xin told Luan Nian that Zhang Ling was ready to resign.Luan Nian was worried not only that the person in charge would leave, but also that he would take the team away. He immediately thought of Shang Zhitao.Liang Xin reminded him that Shang Zhitao was originally under his command, and whether he could keep him or not depends on what he did.

At the bonfire party, Zhang Ling really talked to Shang Zhitao. When Luan Nian asked about it later, she only said that she had talked about work and did not offer any invitation to recruit people.Watching the sunrise the next day, he was still waiting for her to take the initiative, but she said that she hoped to not only watch the sunrise together, but also watch the sunset together in the future. For her, this relationship was a mixture of love, respect and admiration. She was indeed happy to be with him, but these words still failed to eliminate his uneasiness.

Back at the company, Liang Xin announced that Zhang Ling had resigned and that the second department would be temporarily supervised by Luan Nian.Everyone saw off Zhang Ling in the evening. Before leaving, he called Shang Zhitao again.Luan Nian, who was sitting in the car, couldn't hear what the two talked about. When Zhang Ling left, he sent a message saying that he wanted to take her away simply because she was cheap and easy to use.

This sentence stung Shang Zhitao.Zhang Ling's conditions were to double her salary and give her the opportunity to lead a team; in contrast, Luan Nian's words seemed to negate her hard work. She had not decided to change jobs originally, and knew that she still lacked the experience to lead a large project independently, but Luan Nian chased after her and continued to scold her for not using her brain and being swayed for a little benefit. She then said angrily that she wanted to leave because Zhang Ling at least knew how to respect people and would talk to her well.

The two broke up unhappy.Tan Mian went to the house Luan Nian was renovating to look for him. When he saw him drinking alone, he persuaded him to think about the problem clearly: was it because he was missing someone at work or because he was afraid of losing her emotionally?Even if they are not in the same company, it may not affect their relationship. He also pointed out that Luan Nian's words just now sounded more and more like his father.

This sentence stunned Luan Nian.Back in the office, looking at the studio sign that had been broken and then put back together, he remembered that after his business failed, his father also used unpleasant words to accuse him of being incompetent and only wasting the family's money. He didn't like the feeling of being denied, but now he said similar words to Shang Zhitao. After thinking about it, he picked up his phone and prepared to apologize, only to find that her phone number and WeChat account had been blocked by her.

At the meeting the next day, Luan Nian asked Shang Zhitao to complete the project within two weeks. She pointed out on the spot that there was currently a shortage of manpower and it simply could not be completed under the current conditions.Others were surprised that she dared to rebut directly, but he did not get angry. He said that he would add more staff and only hoped that she would try her best to complete it on time. He also affirmed her recent performance.

After the meeting, Lumila stopped Shang Zhitao and asked her if she was ready to leave with Zhang Ling, which was why she became so bold.Shang Zhitao did not answer directly, only asked himself if he was really stupid.Lumi said seriously that she was excellent, otherwise Zhang Ling would not have poached her; although he was reluctant to part with her, he would respect her choice.Shang Zhitao recalled every job he had done after joining the company and knew that those improvements did not come out of thin air.Just as he was reconsidering whether to stay or leave, Sun Yu suddenly called and said that something had happened to Sun Yuanzhu.
